1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PolyglotPlanetUtsav ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.

3. Free and Premium Plans

Free Plan: Provides access to core features at no cost. We may change free tier features with reasonable notice.

Premium Plan: Billed monthly ($7.99/month) or annually ($49.99/year). Includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period.
• You may cancel at any time via the customer portal — your access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are offered within 7 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied. Contact us to request a refund.
• Trial periods do not require a credit card. You will only be charged if you continue after the trial.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share or sell access to your account
• Attempt to reverse engineer the app
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Scrape or bulk-download vocabulary data

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access. We will provide advance notice for planned downtime where possible.

7. Intellectual Property

The PolyglotPlanetUtsav name, logo, vocabulary content, and application code are our intellectual property. Your learning data belongs to you and can be exported at any time.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Account deletion permanently removes all your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and will notify you via email 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
